Improving?

I have been hearing good news coming from the street the past thirty days, is this a sign?  Many of my friends in the title business have told me that their new orders have increased and they may have the best closed order month of the year, does this sound familiar to you?  It may be a sign that the market is changing in Central Arkansas, or it may be just a blip on the radar screen.  Now, before you go out and hire additional staff, let me remind you that we need more than one decent month before we get too excited!  I think it is going to stable out a bit, due to the fact that the lending groups are getting a better feel for what it will take to get a loan approved in these market conditions, the Realtors are also getting a good handle on what price range is selling.  The real estate market made an adjustment and it appears that the participants in the game have finally made the adjustment to the new market.
