Summer is almost over, what do we expect this fall?

Once again, if we only had a crystal ball, we could answer this question! Typically, we should see a decent September and begin the seasonal downward trend in Oct, Nov and Dec.  Which is what I expect to takes place this year.  However, interest rates are going up and home prices are coming down, we could see a big push to buy and sell this fall.

Go Green!!

Chicken or Pig?

Do you know the difference between a chicken and a pig? When it comes to a breakfast of ham and eggs, the chicken is a contributor but the pig is committed! The chicken only leaves a part of itself, while the pig has to die.

The difference between being an all-star and a benchwarmer usually has less to do with talent and more to do with the level of commitment you’re willing to give to your business. Those who succeed literally leave it all on the field because they’re deeply committed to their business and their company’s success. Winners are usually found taking classes, gaining product knowledge and overall improving themselves. The rest go home to pursue meaningless activities.
