Summer is almost over, what do we expect this fall?

Once again, if we only had a crystal ball, we could answer this question! Typically, we should see a decent September and begin the seasonal downward trend in Oct, Nov and Dec.  Which is what I expect to takes place this year.  However, interest rates are going up and home prices are coming down, we could see a big push to buy and sell this fall.
